CaughtLiveGG is a content curation channel that aggregates publicly available livestream clips, re-formats them into short-form video with on-screen captions, and republishes them to social platforms (including but not limited to TikTok and YouTube Shorts) with attribution to the original streamer.
The Service does not host original streams. All source material is sourced from public clips on Twitch, Reddit's r/LivestreamFail, and other publicly accessible livestreaming platforms.
Every clip republished by CaughtLiveGG includes attribution to the original streamer in the caption, description, or both. Republished content is presented under principles of commentary, criticism, and transformative use in accordance with applicable fair use / fair dealing doctrines.
If You are the original creator of content used by the Service and wish to have it removed, please contact us via the email listed in our Privacy Policy. We will respond to legitimate takedown requests promptly.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service.

The CaughtLiveGG name, logo, and original branding elements are the property of the operator. All third-party content republished by CaughtLiveGG remains the intellectual property of its respective creator and is used with attribution.
The Service uses third-party APIs and platforms including but not limited to TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API, Twitch API, Reddit API, and the Anthropic Claude API. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CaughtLiveGG. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Your use of the Service is at Your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
In no event shall CaughtLiveGG, nor its operators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
